Payments, Damage Deposit, Cancellation Policy

The reservation will be held for you with a credit card. If paying by credit card, check or money order, payment will be due in full (60) days in advance of the reservation. The renter will be charged for the stay by credit card automatically at the 60 day period, or the reservation will be dropped if declined. Rally payment for reservations are due in full by May 1.

The damage deposit of $500.00 as well as rent, can be paid  by: Check, or Money Order.

The damage deposit is held until the vacation home has  been cleaned and inspected. This can be held up to 2 weeks after your stay but rarely that late. If this deposit was paid by check, it would be returned if there was nothing to subtract for. If held with a credit card number, nothing would be ran through on the card unless damages are found.

If there are items that we need to charge for, which include but are not restricted to: excessive cleaning, excessive garbage, damaged carpets - towels - sheets, damaged hot tub, damaged appliances, heat turned up, missing items, etc... then there would be a letter sent to you with an itemized list of deductions with the remainder of the deposit.

There are absolutely no monetary refunds for cancellations. If for some reason you would have to cancel, you may choose another date within the year to rebook. This reservation will depend on availability.

Other Policies

The extra person charge over the maximum for each vacation home is $35.00 per person per day based on regular rentals. Rally rentals are subject to $100.00 per person charge per day. All rates are based on maximum occupancy.

There is absolutely no smoking in our  vacation homes. Smoking is allowed outside only if care is taken to dispose all trash in the proper place and not on the property grounds. If this is not done, you may be charged for clean-up. If there has been smoking in the home, you will be charged for professional cleaning.

There are absolutely no pets allowed in the vacation homes.

Snowmobile and four-wheel riding must be kept at 15 MPH on all roads leading to and from the vacation home. All renters are prohibited from recreational riding on these roads. Access on these roads are permitted only if going to another trail or area specifically designed for recreational use. Cutting across private property is  prohibited.
